I went to Frankee to get my brows done, based on her excellent reviews. Even then, I wasn't prepared for the level of reassurance that I received, with Frankee showing me what the results would look like, and consulting with me as to the shape and colour so that I felt included in the decision making, and that I had some input and control- just what a nervous brow-seeker needs! Added to this, Frankee is just the most lovely person who makes the whole experience uplifting. My brows are great- just what I asked for- natural enough for no make-up days yet "done ," enough for glam days. I'm sad that they're finished now because I won't get to see her again for ages! Frankee is brilliant! Her facilities are clean comfortable and well presented.She makes sure you are physically comfortable if she is aware of any ailments you may have.She does all the proper checks to make sure there are no contraindications with medication.She takes time to make sure you get exactly what you want with shape and colour and does a fantastic job!I've just got my top up done on my eyebrows and they look better than ever. I can't recommend her highly enough and I am seriously fussy lol.Thanks frankee.
Wow, what can I say?! Frankee is incredible!! I was so nervous when I arrived to get semi permanent brows but that all stopped within 30 seconds of arriving. Frankee is so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you arrive.She kept me informed throughout, explaining every step and making sure I was happy and also comfortable.The results are absolutely phenomenal. Far better than I ever expected. Frankee is a complete miracle worker and has given me such confidence. I've had so many compliments. I could not recommend her more!! Thank you Frankee!!!
I travelled from Norfolk to see Frankee as she is an absolute perfectionist. She is unbelievably talented and her professionalism and knowledge is second to none. I have admired Frankee’s work for years, so when i decided to Invest in some additional training for semi permanent brows, I knew exactly who I wanted to train with. I had the most incredible 2 days training with Frankee and I just cannot believe how much I learnt in such a short amount of time! I couldn’t recommend frankee high enough! I’ve followed her work for some time now and could spot it a mile off before seeing who had even uploaded the post. After admiring her beautiful eyebrows for far too long I decided to do a 2 day training course with frankee and was blown away with what I took away from it. I am so pleased with my lip blush treatment after visiting Frankee, as a lip liner and lipstick addict it really was the best decision I ever made! I was nervous about having the treatment and Frankee put me at such ease as she spent so much time helping me pick my desired colour to ensure I was happy, she did not at all make me feel rushed and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked into her lovely salon! I would definitively recommend her to anyone and if you are interested in this treatment but feel nervous Frankee is the lady for you! I love my new lips! xxx

I have recently been to see Frankee for her signature powder brow and I am beyond pleased with the result. Having over plucked my eyebrows over the years, Frankee has restored and actually bettered the shape of my brows and it completely changes your face. She was so friendly and professional and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed at all times.
